#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative that has reached over 150.000 people all over the world. It encourages people from underrepresented groups to stand up for themselves and know their unique traits.
When we speak of underrepresented groups and people, you can think of anyone. Not only race, gender and sexual preference are seen as underrepresented, also people with disabilities, language barriers and many more can take part in this training. Also, people who don’t consider themselves as underrepresented, but want to be able to support others who are, can take a lot away from the #IamRemarkable session.
